At Alakazam Magic, we want you to feel the enchantment in every garment. If your purchase doesn't cast the perfect spell, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the magic arrives back at our warehouse.
